- 4. Complete all fields with an asterisk
- 5. Select the device you would like to see a procedure performed using
- 6. Click on arrow to view tree items
- 7. Select the sub-category
- 8. Select the procedure
- 9. Select the quantity you would like to see performed
- 10. If you require that the procedure is recorded toggle on
- 11. If you require that the procedure be performed onsite rather than using a takehome device toggle on
- 12. If you want to allow the user to select the task they wish to submit leave toggle off. If you want to have the next procedure they perform be automatically submitted as part of the assessment toggle on.
- 13. To add more tasks/procedures click the + button
